I wish I knew. I have a little guy that was born as my grandson but that I have been the only Mommy he knows and I adopted him and his brother.

My little guy is 6 going on 4 due to multisystem developmental disorders as well as ADHD and autism. Although originally dx'd with semantic pragmatic disorder his symptoms are becoming more and more those of autism in general. If you can call it general.

The sensory issues are becoming a real problem for him, the teachers and the family.

With other behavioral issues (aggressiveness and not even wanting to go to stores) I am seeing a large increase in the symptoms of autism. Specialist is also noting changes and we have an appt with the neurologist upcoming.

Just wondering if it is usual for symptoms to become more pronounced as a child grows?

Music teacher told me that although he was doing okay last year these past two weeks he rolls on the floor during music. He does not want me singing to the radio (my voice is not bad) and we have had to stop going to the praise and worship part of our Bible Study/Youth Group because the music was too much for him.
